Why “好气色”?

In TCM, vibrant health begins with Qi (气) — our life energy. When Qi is flowing, we radiate 好气色 (hǎo qì sè): a glow that reflects harmony inside and out.

At Qi Qi Boom, every activity is designed to nourish Qi through mindful movement, herbal crafts, and sensory rituals. We craft experiences that restore Qi across four key wellness domains:

  • Physical

through massage, hands-on making, and fine motor activities.

  • Cognitive

by learning TCM principles and herbal knowledge.

  • Social

through sharing, storytelling, and meaningful connection.

  • Emotional

with sensorial experiences that evoke calm and joy.

Through this multi-sensorial, hands-on experience, you will craft herbal products using a unique concoction of herbs specially curated for each workshop theme
