Social Innovation & Design Consulting
Programme redesign, community spaces, learning experiences, care models and social innovation projects developed around real users and real-world constraints.
Design something with us →How we work
We start with needs, not activities.
A workshop is only one possible response. We look first at the people, purpose, environment and constraints, then design an experience that makes sense on the ground.
Understand people
Discover real needs, abilities, environments, motivations and intended outcomes.
Design with purpose
Shape the experience around the outcome rather than selecting an activity first.
Make participation meaningful
Create opportunities for people to learn, contribute, connect, make and participate in different ways.
Grow what works
Turn successful ideas into repeatable programmes, resources, spaces or sustainable community models.
Ideas we are building
New ways to learn, contribute and care.
Our work goes beyond individual workshops. These initiatives show how Little Changemakers develops ideas that can grow into stronger models for learning, wellness and community participation.
Open Village
Reimagining senior care as a community where older adults can garden, host, make, teach, facilitate and contribute, rather than only receive programmes.

What empowerment can look like
From participant to teacher, maker and brand owner.
Mama Beezy Wrap grew from a two-way learning journey with senior maker Madam Henrietta. She shared her beeswax wrap knowledge while Little Changemakers supported the brand, workshop design and facilitation journey.
It reflects a principle at the heart of our work: people should not only receive programmes. Wherever possible, they should have meaningful ways to contribute.
Why Little Changemakers
Design thinking grounded in real community practice.
We work across education, senior care, disability inclusion, corporate engagement and community settings. Our ideas are shaped by what actually happens with real people, not only what works on paper.
Needs-first
We start with people and intended outcomes, not a catalogue of activities.
Inclusive by design
Experiences are adapted for different ages, abilities and participation needs.
Practical to implement
We understand facilitation, accessibility, materials, logistics and operational realities.
Built to grow
We look beyond participation numbers towards contribution, learning and sustainable impact.
Our work in numbers
Thousands of participants. One human-centred approach.
